Mary Banks, Development and Grants Intern, earned a Bachelor of Arts in Writing Seminars at Johns
Hopkins University in 2007. She has a minor in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. She will attend graduate school for Creative
Writing & Publishing Arts.

Alison Buckley, Board President / Resident Actor, is a business
development professional with extensive experience in the non-profit sector. She has been a passionate supporter of local
theater for many years in both creative and production capacities. She received an AB from Randolph-Macon Woman's College,
an MA from the University of Delaware, an M. Phil from the University of Dublin, Trinity College, and an MBA from the Robert

Sarah
Curnoles, Board Vice President/Secretary, has always had a passion for theater and has served in many capacities.
After graduating from Washington College as a Drama major, she interned at Center Stage in Baltimore in the Education
and Community Programs department. Interning at Center Stage allowed her to experience many aspects of a professional
theater beyond just her job description and the following year she worked in the Development Department as the Development
Assistant. For two seasons, she performed improv with The Early Monday Morning Show. She has also stage managed for a
few local theater companies such as The Maryland Arts Festival and the Chesapeake Shakespeare Company. She is honored to be a
board member at the Strand and is excited to bring her experience and knowledge to this new company.

Alex
Hewett, Resident Actor, began her acting training at Main Street Arts Theatre in Nyack, New York. She
has performed in many local Baltimore productions, including Off the Map, Barbie, A Doll Her, 24 Hour Play Festival, and Martha's
Choice. She also has performed at the Kennedy Center's Page to Stage Festival. She has appeared on HBO's The Wire
and NBC's The West Wing. She has hosted a local cable children's television show and co-hosted a local interview show.
Alex holds a MS in Counseling Psychology from Loyola College in Baltimore, and works part time as a psychotherapist.
She is a drama facilitator for The Lagniappe Project, an educational organization that brings art to the mental health
community.

Jayme Kilburn, Artistic Director/Board Treasurer, graduated
from the University of California Santa Barbara in 2003 with a degree in Dramatic Art and Psycholgy. She moved to Baltimore
for an internship in the rigorous Company Management Department at CENTERSTAGE Theater. She began her community theater directing
career with Hope's Arbor by Rich Espey which won Baltimore Playwright's Festival's 2006 Second Best Production award.
The following year she won BPF's 2007 Best Production award for her direction of Rudy Doo by George Tilson. She was
named one of Broadwayworld.com's 2006 Up and Comers, as well as Broadwayworld.com's 2007 Best of Baltimore Community Theater
for best direction. She has also enjoyed directing One for the Road by Harold Pinter, The Author's Voice by
Richard Greenberg, Real Women Have Curves by Josefina Lopez, and In The Blood by Suzan Lori-Parks.

Liz Sims, Resident Stage Manager, is a recent
graduate of Villa Julie College with a degree in Theatre. She has worked in many theatres around the baltimore area, including
Fells Point Corner and Cockpit and Court. Her future plans include stage managing on Broadway and making a name for herself
in theatre.

R. Brett Rohrer, Resident Actor, is thrilled to be a part of the inaugural
production at The Strand. Favorite credits include Lt. Daniel Kaffee (A Few Good Men), Leslie Arthur (Love, Sex, and the IRS;
2008 Ruby Griffith Award - First Runner Up for Outstanding Achievement in a Play), Tom (Fat Pig), The Baker (Into the
Woods), Rudy Doo (Rudy Doo; 2007 BPF Outstanding Production), and Norbert Garstecki (The Great American Trailer Park Musical).
Upcoming projects include Pueblo, and The Missiles of October, both with Heritage Theatre Company in Silver Spring.
