We need new and interesting works to wow Baltimore. We like plays that use
magical realism, tell stories about real people, and focus on relevant issues. We love plays by women and want to tell their
stories.

The Strand requires a $15 submission fee per play (no submission fee required for Friends
and Neighbors Festival) which covers the cost of copying scripts for readers. We also ask that you include a seperate page
with the following information: Play Title, Short Synopsis, Character Breakdown, And Playwright Contact. We
file this sheet in our play booklet, which is then made available for future season selection.
